FLAMRO`s main focus is on the development, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality firestop seals for cables and pipes, as well as of cable ducts and cable coatings. Several types of firestop mortar – produced in specialised plants according to the FLAMRO-owned formulation – are always in stock in sufficient quantities, and so are firestop joint sealants, firestop collars for combustible pipes, firestop compounds of various consistencies, firestop pillows, firestop glue, firestop panels, as well as firestop cable ducts. Orders reaching FLAMRO before noon are usually shipped the same day.

In Leiningen, not far from Koblenz and directly adjacent to motorway A61, a modern manufacturing plant with a well-equipped laboratory and hands-on training facilities was completed in 1993. Another workshop of 2000 sqm was established in 2001.

Innovation is key at FLAMRO. FLAMRO`s in-house laboratory is managed by a graduate chemist who is specialised in structural fire protection. The key focus of all R&D work is the ongoing development of existing systems, as well as the continued exploration of new, cost-effective, and practical solutions for all firestopping requirements. A large number of fire tests are conducted on an ongoing basis, both in Germany and abroad. As a result, FLAMRO has been awarded a multitude of national and international approvals and certificates. FLAMRO firestop systems are at work throughout the world in all climatic zones. Firestop coatings made by FLAMRO also prove their worth in installations with special safety requirements, e.g. in nuclear power plants.

FLAMRO products are available in Germany via a nationwide distribution network. Customers in other European countries and overseas customers are served by experienced, FLAMRO-trained importers who will supply the right products and technical support.
